Predator Quest® Riflescope 4.5-14x42mm is rated 4.8 out of 5 by 28.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Crystal clear optics I bought this scope month ago to replace a competitors scope. I am overall very satisfied with the features and the reticle for Coyote hunting with lead windages built in. No Wonder Les Johnson likes these, they are awesome. Only Dislike is that I looked at this scope online and on the companies web site and I ordered scope. It came in not as pictured, as the new scope pictured has side focus, where my focus is on the objective. I did not receive exactly what I thought I ordered. Overall, same scope and reticle and as it turns out, it works well. Just make sure you "ask" if this is a side focus, as new model change over aren't until approx. May

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Built with great features There are many great scopes out there to choose from and after talking with several gun shops speaking with local hunters who own Burris scopes and doing some research the name Burris kept surfacing. Known for their reliability, functionality and their track record for their performance. I chose this specific scope for coyote hunting because it was designed specifically for coyote hunting by Les Johnson. It has an ARD lens and this scope allows you to acquire fast moving targets, and it is very adaptive in low light conditions early dawn and dusk. The reticle also has a series of dots that allow you to measure 100 yard increments and how to compensate for wind drift in cross winds. I am very happy with my new scope and plan to have many memorable hunts with it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from very happy I'm very happy with this scope! image and reticle sharp/very clear at all magnifications and distances. reticle is thin enough so not to cover small targets. ballistic reticle is working perfect for my 223/55gr bltzkg zeroed at 100yds, dead on at 200 and 300yds. guessing at a 10mph cross wind at 200yds used windage dot and hit target. low light transmission was great but had a hard time seeing reticle. I would try to give a 6 star rating if they would offer this with a lighted reticle!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from side focus finger adjustments resettable to zero Very clear glass came with anti glare devise. Really like the e1 retical. Tracks very well with positive clicks.however the click adjustment is silent wich make it good for hunting. I would recommend this scope. Also the camo patern almost matches the mossey oak brush patern on my gun.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from best scope for your money I own 4 burris scopes hands down best scope for your money . Better clarity than any others great features the camo matches my t/c venture predator perfectly love the side focus i think every scope should be side focus. Burris is way better scopes than others. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent scope! This is the sixth Burris scope I have purchased. All of the Burris scoles I own have far exceeded my expectations. There are clear, crisp and ultimately reliable. Al of them perform far beyond their price range. Best optics on the market for the money in my opinion. I recently purchased their Signature HD binoculars in 12x50 and couldn't be happier. Best binos I have owned to date... and I have owned a lot of them! They compare favorably to optics that cost 4x as much. Very clear edge-to-edge, great color rendition and superb low light transmission. Built like a tank. Ergonomically and aesthetically superb.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Impressive I bought the Predator Quest 4-14 in camo for my TC Venture predator for the camo pattern. I was so impressed with the optics and the Ballistic Plex E1 Reticle. I ordered a second one in the matted finish for my Rock River Preditor.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great scope Got my Predator 4.5 - 14 the other day. Sighted in my Rock River and couldn't be happier. All of the features are just as advertised. Best scope for the money you can buy. Coyotes are in trouble next weekend.

This scope is 51.5mm objective diameter. What does it me when it says clear objective lens diameter is 42mm ?

Asked by: Bigmc420
The larger number is the outside of the metal tube. It's the largest point on the scope (most scopes), and helps people understand exactly how high their rings/mount need to be. The objective lens number is the size of the glass lens. The difference is the thickness of the metal, the glass mounting seal, etc.

hi how hard is it to use the wind adjustments? Thanks

Asked by: codyw5
Hi! We're not sure if you're asking about the windage dial, or about the reticle/cross hair marks. The dial is capped, like most hunting scopes. It's designed to be primarily used when you zero your scope at the range. The reticle has dots that spread out from the center line. They're designed to help you determine how far to hold off, based on the distance you're shooting. They are great reference points that will help you quickly make better targeting decisions in the field. But they're just reference points. Like with any scope, you need to spend some time learning how it works with your rifle and your rounds. Once you've done that, they are super easy!
