Due to a resurgence of illness (including COVID-19) at our Greeley, Colorado Customer Service center we are temporarily shutting down our customer service phone line and customer service email support.  All customers with questions or repair/warranty work are asked to submit a case online at Burris.supportsync.com as this system will allow us to catch up on outstanding and new customer support questions on a first-come, first-served basis with our limited staff. The repair team is not affected by this quarantine so for now, all repair/warranty work needed will continue to be completed including receiving of warrantied optics and shipping repairs back to the customer.
