Oracle 2 Rangefinding Bow Sight

Burris Optics is proud to introduce the new and improved Oracle 2 Rangefinding Bow Sight. The Oracle 2’s design is based on all the customer feedback we got from the original Oracle and includes: Improved Auto-Brightness Detection, Improved Manual Brightness Control (lower levels), Improved Set-Up (micro-adjustments on LRF), better waterproofing and more accurate arrow drop calculations. The function is still the same... range your target at full draw with the push of a button. The Oracle 2 instantly provides the distance to your target and an exact aiming point that factors in the angle of your shot.

No more guessing distance, fumbling with rangefinders, dialing sights or aiming between pins. Most importantly no more watching the trophy of a lifetime walk away because you didn’t have time to range him and shoot or worse yet, tried to range him and spooked him from the movement!

Don’t leave your shot of a lifetime to chance. Get the Oracle 2 from Burris. Find what matters!

How It Works:

  1. Sight in at 20 yards plus two farther distances and the Oracle 2 learns your arrow’s entire trajectory curve.
  2. Sight in up to 2 additional distances (optional) for extreme long range accuracy.
  3. The rangefinder measures the exact distance to your target while at full draw.
  4. It instantly calculates the exact trajectory for the distance and shot angle.
  5. The sight displays a bright, LED pin at the exact aiming point for your shot.

The built-in rangefinder measures the exact distance to target, instantly calculates the perfect aim point and shows you the perfect aiming drop point.

Oracle 2 Rangefinding Bow Sight is rated 4.6 out of 5 by 28.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Impressive I had to be one of the first to get my hands on this sight. Have been hoping for a sight like this for years. It did not disappoint. Easy to install and sight in like most other quality sights. Aligning the laser took a bit more time and draws than I would have guessed, but with a little patience is pretty straight forward. Calibrating the trajectory to my setup was a slam dunk with just a dot difference than the preloaded setup. It is awesome to just draw, range and shoot from any yardage fast and accurately. If you can swallow the price tag you will likely get instantly addicted like me.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Unbelievable The Burris Oracle is by far the best archery sight I have ever used. I'm the kind of guy that typically sticks with simplicity to reduce the risk of equipment failure but I had zero issues with the Oracle and its durability. I put it to the test last season in rain, snow and sub zero temps and it never missed a beat. The Oracle simplified the process of getting on target and boosted my confidence as a hunter. In one easy motion I drew my bow, ranged the target, adjusted to the new pin and let the arrow fly. There is no glass to fog up and a fixed 20yard pin even without batteries.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Spot on! I must admit, I am a huge skeptic when new archery gear comes along. I must have 100% confidence in my gear or it stays at home. This seemed too good to not try out. I got the sight set up and dialed in within one evening, although you must draw your bow a fair number of times to get dialed in. Putting it to the test I shot at random distances and angles from 10-70 yards, wow. Just wow. I love the fixed 20 yard pin and vertical bar which just gives me more confidence the pin is exactly where it needs to be. You can tell it was designed by a hunter. It saves the time and movement of checking your rangefinder before drawing. This will be money during the rut when the bucks don’t sit still.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from AMAZING SIGHT I have a problem seeing and this sight with the green lights is very bright and easy to see inside and outside in the bright sunlight. It was easy to set up there are so many videos out about setting it up just pay attention to what they tell you. Great sight and great customer support job well done.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Oracle Bow Sight I have been target shooting with this sight for 4 or 5 weeks. I really like the range finder being built right into the sight. Can't wait to use it while hunting. I would like to see a couple of upgrades. 1. Be able to save the setting on the brightness of the sight dot. This should be an easy upgrade. 2. Add some type of cross hairs to the sight. Maybe halfway down the sight bar. Would not need to go all the way across. Just something to help visually eliminate bow tork. Because at longer distances a little tork will have a big impact on accuracy. 3. Instead of having to squeeze the activation button twice to get a range. It would be nice to just be able to hold the botton down a little longer to get a reading. Less motion, less stress and less movement in the sight window. Otherwise I love the sight. Not having to think about weather you need to shoot a little low or high depending on the range compared to you sight pins is a real plus.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Gamechanger for crossbow hunting! Not only did Burris bring a rangefinding crossbow scope to the market but one that adjusts to angles, adjusts to the magnification level, and has an electronic level - all for hundreds of $$$ less than the competition PLUS a forever warranty! Burris really hit this out of the park!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Love the idea and I want it to work.., I am going on another elk hunt this fall and debated upgrading my Matthews no cam. I went to Local shop and instead decided to try the new Oracle. I have spent two weeks trying to give it a fair shot. I followed the video to a T. I calibrated with the laser, calibrated my setup for distance 1 and 2 (and of course 20 yard pin). However I keep getting erroneous distance readings and I have been very careful to line up the back site with the twenty pin on target for distance reading. I went back and rechecked with the laser beam and it seems a to move from just right so I adjusted it back but still errors. It seems to over estimate the first reading by about 10 yds, so I push again and second time is often correct. However I can’t afford to attempt multiple readings. Please help, I love the concept but have no confidence right now! I am about to return it but hoping for answers before giving up.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Just Keeps Getting Better... Have one of the first Oracle's and absolutely love it. I've been hunting the mountains and long open range for Elk and Red stag to dense thick bush for Whitetails and Moose. This sight truly is a game changer for me. Will be ordering the Oracle 2 and will write a full review once I receive it. I'm increasing my shooting weight and FOC to 620 grains and over 20% FOC. I'm looking forward to storing multiple arrow profiles with to see what I can max out the distance shooting setups.

I have a Excalibur cross bow and once a year I go to Texas to hog hunt. A lot of the time we are hunting at night, how does this scope perform in the dark ?

Asked by: sliver
It is not designed for nighttime use. The range finder would likely not be able to get an accurate reading.

How much relative pressure must be applied to the actuator button of the Oracle 2 to cause it to function. If I were to mount the button high up where the flare is at the top of the grip, should I be able to  activate the button with the side of my thumb?

Asked by: Chuckle
It's not a hard push, that should work fine.

Where can I buy the burris oracle xbow sight?

Asked by: Eric417
They're available at major online optics dealers and retail sporting goods stores. I would check your closest Burris dealer as well. Best bet is the "Find a Dealer" tool on our website. https://www.burrisoptics.com/

Why is your company not following through w/ your release date on the Oracle 2, it says a lot about a company leading the public on , and not coming forth  and being honest when it will become available, I really thought this was more of an honest company

Asked by: Joshua78
Oracle 2 sights have been shipping for a couple weeks. Just because you cannot find one, doesn't mean we misled anyone. Your best bet to get a brand new product in such high demand is to get on a preorder or backorder list at your preferred dealer.
