International Customers
For purchases made outside the United States, Burris Optics nonthermal optics products are covered against defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty claims must be processed through the retailer or distributor where the product was purchased. Since warranty policies vary by country, customers should work directly with their dealer for resolution. To facilitate a smooth warranty process, customers should retain their proof of purchase and familiarize themselves with any additional country-specific warranty provisions that may apply. Full Warranty
Burris Optics non-thermal optics products purchased in the United States are covered by the Burris Signature Warranty™. Burris Company, Inc. (“Burris Company, Inc. or “we”) warrants to the end-user purchaser that its Burris Optics products (non-thermal optics products) will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the product’s lifetime from the date of purchase or delivery (whichever occurs later). This warranty is automatically transferred to future owners.
Burris Company, Inc. will repair or replace, at its option, your Burris optic if it is covered by this warranty. This warranty does not cover accessories, only the optic.
Please note that because Burris Company, Inc. cannot control the quality of products sold by unauthorized sellers, this warranty applies only to products purchased from Burris Company Inc. or a Burris Company, Inc. authorized seller in the United States, unless otherwise prohibited by law. Burris Company, Inc. reserves the right to reject warranty claims from purchasers for products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized Internet sites.
This warranty does not cover defects due to normal wear and tear, damage due to misuse or improper maintenance, alteration to the product, loss, theft, deliberate damage, damage due to unauthorized repair, or cosmetic damage.
How to Obtain Warranty Service:
To request a repair, please visit the Burris Optic Support Portal and submit a support ticket for return authorization: https://www.burrisoptics.com/support/repairs. You will be asked to provide information about when and where you purchased or obtained your product.
For the fastest service regarding REPAIRS, WARRANTY SERVICE and PARTS, register in our Support Portal. We request that you register for a service account to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Burris cannot be responsible for your product until we physically receive it.

Signature Warranty for Thermal Optic Products (United States)

Burris Thermal Optics Warranties (International)
For purchases made outside the United States, Burris Optics thermal optics products are covered against defects in materials and workmanship for the warranty periods set forth below:

A Burris Thermal Optics product to be repaired under this warranty must include proof of purchase. The process involves contacting the Burris Distributor in the country where the optic was purchased. To ensure full warranty coverage, customers must register their Burris Thermal Optics product within 30 days of purchase and provide valid proof of purchase. If the registration and proof of purchase are not received within this timeframe, the warranty will default to a limited coverage period of 2 or 3 years from the date of manufacture, depending on the product’s item number.
