Fullfield E1™ Riflescope 4.5-14x42mm is rated 4.6 out of 5 by 12.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Value oh ya and Great Scope! I'm reviewing the earlier model Fullfield E1 w/AO on the front not the SF. But the value for a 30mm Tubed 4.5x14x42mm Scope this Balistic Reticle is as good as the one I have on a German "Z-Brand" scope without that crazy Price! Would and will buy more Burris Scopes! Great all the way around!
Date published: 2015-05-02
Rated 5 out of 5 by from I love this scope! I love the side focus and the ballastic reticle. I mounted this scope on a .243 I use for coyote hunting and love the clarity, the ballastic plex reticle, and the side focus is my most liked feature. I have since bought several more Burris scopes and have switched around most of my rifle scopes having this one currently mounted on my .223 AR - 15 and it is performing flawlessly. Except for two; I now own all Burris scopes for my rifles and love them for their clarity and value i.e. dollars spent vs. value and the lifetime warranty is exemplary.
Date published: 2016-10-17
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great clarity. I own Nikon, Leupold, Vortex and Bushnell Elite scopes, the clarity of the Burris surpasses all of them.
Date published: 2016-04-05
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best buy for the working man I currently own three of thsee scopes and would not trade them for anything else. The 30mm tube provides crisp clear field of view at anytime of day. From varmint hunting to big game, they cover my needs and I would like have few more.
Date published: 2015-12-29
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Quality scope I haven't had a chance to put much use into this scope yet, but so far I am very impressed. This scope is solid and it is crystal clear. I was looking at a vortex, but after looking at this scope and reading other reviews, it was a no brainer. I just hope that if I ever have any problems, I can trust burris to back their product as easily as vortex would.
Date published: 2016-02-03
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Value! Great reticle! Has been mounted on several hunting and varmint rifles. Has held zero in all cases. Optics match scopes costing much more. Adjustments easy to use. Sighted in at 200 yards and 2nd mark down right on at 300 with 87 Vmax at 3350. 6.5 mms with 100 grain bullets should be about same.
Date published: 2015-08-01
Rated 1 out of 5 by from Twice the money, and a dud. Bought this last fall, couldn't get it to shoot the same place twice. Put the rifle away and getting ready for Caribou in Alaska and tried to get it sighted in. Still no go. changed scopes.
Date published: 2015-08-07
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best scope ever! I've had this scope for a little over a year now. Have it mounted on a savage model 10 .308. I've knocked down numerous coyotes from 50 yards all the way out to 400. The bullet drop compensation reticle and the superb clarity and zoom on this scope make the longest shots a breeze!

To mount Burris 4.5 - 14 x 42 B.Plex FF- E1 onto Tikka T3 Forest Model .223 caliber, using Sako Optilock rings what height rings best suited 2 keep low as possible 2 barrel? Options are:- Extra low 28.5mm, Low 30.5mm, Medium 35.5, & Hi 40.5mm,? TIA

Asked by: Ian Moone
There is no way for me to guarantee the closest possible fit without having the items in front of me, but based off of best guess, I would say the Medium rings will be the place to start.

Can you tell me the butler creek flip open scope cap size for the FF E1 4.5-14x42 with SF

Asked by: posterboy
I purchased these sizes based off this recommendation by burris when I ordered my scope. 13 is the correct eyepiece size for this scope, but 40 is far too large for this objective. I learned the hard way, get the scope in your hands first......

I was just wondering if you could post a photo of the fulfield e1 long range moa reticle. Im very interested, however no one has these in stock near me and the generic picture of the reticle looks like the center crosshairs are thick. Thank you

Asked by: Grego
http://www.burrisoptics.com/reticles/long-range-moa The reticle map (2nd image) indicates that the center crosshairs are 0.13 MOA wide.

Does the E1 reticle ranging hold true from 4x all the way through 14.5x or does it have to be at a certain setting ? p.s. Mounted it today and love the clarity...

Asked by: Jamie S
The center crosshair will remain on the zero you set regardless of the magnification setting. However, all other reticle subtensions (the ballistic drop lines) are calibrated for 14x. Our new ballistics tools can help you determine how magnification will affect your cartridges' holdovers http://ballistics.burrisoptics.com/
