AR-1X™

Don’t miss a thing with both-eyes-open shooting. Push-button activation lets you choose between green, red, or black reticle settings. One lithium battery yields up to 5,000+ hours of service. The black reticle is etched onto the prism, so you can use the optic even without battery power.
Easy-to-see reticle hash marks offer trajectory compensation to 600 yards. Lens coatings are maximized for glare resistance and low-light operation, and the sight is night-vision compatible.
Its compact design leaves room on your rail for a flip-out AR-Tripler™.

The Combo Kit version includes the AR-1X, AR-Tripler, and Quick Detach AR-Pivot Ring.

The rugged construction of this close quarter battle (CQB) sight is the toughest you’ll find:

 • Hand-fitted to the tightest, shock-resistant tolerances
 • Waterproof and fogproof
 • Tethered caps and flip-up lens covers

Feel confident with the protection of the Burris Forever Warranty™.

AR-1X™ is rated 4.5 out of 5 by 242.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from the acog you always wanted ever since i shot an ar with an acog i've wanted one, however i cannot afford the price, the 332 is the best piece of glass i could afford at the time and it is now one of the very few scopes i will never sell or get rid of. Great glass, i love the reticle, and that it can be lit with the green and red or left black. I did have one issue with the mount not being securely fastened to the scope, however some red locktite and i was in buisness. Although a heavy scope for being compact it has been very reliable at all times and weather conditions. I will always recommend this optic and the 5x model for anyone who wants quality, affordability, and performance.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Optic! I purchased the Burris AR-332 about six months ago, I have it mounted on a Windham Weaponry MPC M4. Due to this being a 3-power optic, I choose to mount it to the detachable A3 carry handle so I would still have the stock iron sights should I need them. I've put approximately 600 rounds (.223 & 5.56) through the rifle since I added the AR-332 and I have been very happy with the overall quality of the optic and it's ability to hold "zero" since it's initial install. This is a high quality optic that allows you to engage in a CQB, yet still reach out a touch someone at 500 yards and at a great price to boot.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works for my Sig 716! Was looking for a good optic for my Sig 716, went through many different choices but none satisfied me more than the burris AR-332. It is "drop capable" for the 308/7.62x51 ammunition .. so thats what made me go for it, and it has a lower cost than most competitors with the same type of features. took it to the range and was able to reapeativly put five round groups within 1.50 moa .... I do wish it had a lil bit larger reticle for those longer shots but It still does the job! Thank you Burris For a great optic!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Burris AR 3X Magnafier Before I bought this I sighted in my EoTECH 512 with no Magnafier. I had a hard time shooting a good group. After installing this on my SIG556xi, i used the magnafier to first bore sight my Red dot then continued using it to fine tune the adjustment. After I was finished, I was shooting 1.5" groups at 100 yards. I would like to address the mounting. I have heard these mount lose but if you read the manual you will see there is a wheel to adjust the mount for a perfect fit. Another complaint I have read is the thumb latch release dows not alwas function well if you don't ease it into the locking position. I hant eased my latch releas once and this performed flawlessly. Finaly I want to add the opics are very good and provide a wide FOV at 100 yards.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A Marines Perspective I learned to shoot with iron sight when I went through Marine Boot camp over 20 years ago. At 41 I realized that I there is nothing wrong with getting a little help from a scope. I chose the Burris because a friend of mine had one. The image is clean and crisp. The lens caps are good quality, and I love that you can choose red or green illumination. I took it to the range and was able to zero out of the box with only 10-15 rounds without a bore-siter. My shot groups at 100 yards were pretty tight. I would highly recommend this sight.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works just as well as more expensive magnifiers. The AR Tripler is a nice addition to my rifle. It is sturdy, has a very clear sight picture & field of view. The quick detach is adjustable & mounts securely to the rail, so there is not any unwanted movement. It flips to the side just the right amount, enough to get out of the line of sight but, not so far to the side that it will be hit by ejected brass. The mount itself is small & does not take up much rail space so it can easily fit between the primary optic & a back up iron sight. I only have two criticisms of the optic. Flipping the magnifier to the side can be a little awkward since the ring mount is not spring loaded & I wish the eye relief was at least one inch longer. However, the overall quality can not be beat for the price compared to other magnifiers in this class.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from First impressions So I got this scope initially for its sturdy and tactical look on my new AR. It delivers on both counts. What I already knew at the store was that the reticle border(a black or lighted circle) was a little bit much for me. I looked at a competing scope though and it had no reticle at all, but was purely red dot. Couldn't even think of an acog so I went with the scope. So far I've gotten a fair and consistent zero and have been accurate at the indoor range. I look forward to putting it through its paces outdoors soon as it seems that natural light aids in the sight picture. Seems like a keeper.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Top Quality Optic! After purchasing the optic, installing on my Tavor, I am pleased as heck! Just the right height for the Tavor and when paired with the 3x magnifier, gives both short and medium-longish range accuracy. Very clear and sharp. Would like to have an Anti Reflection Device for it. Not sure if the available one will fit or not. Great Burris optics and a very good price point for the quality.

Does this allow mounting if a trijicon rmr on the top rail of site? Also I see 2 different pictures of this site. One looks about 1-1.5 inches longer but both are ar332?

Asked by: Jordanusmc84
Hello, As long as your RMR has a picatinny mount, it should work fine!

Will this work with a 1x prismatic optic such as your AR-1X?

Yes it will.

1): Where is the battery cap on the AR-536 Prism Sight (with CQ Reticle)? 2): Do the BDC dots apply for 7.62 x 39, or only 5.56 mm? If BDC applies to both 7.62 x 39 AND 5.56 mm, does shooter assume bullet drop ballistics are identical?

Asked by: Larry Gato
Hello, The battery cap is on the top of the illumination dial. The reticle is not caliber specific but in generic MOA increments which will work well with either caliber when zeroed at 200 yards.

I recently purchased the AR332 kit, it has a hood for the fast fire red dot and a threaded prism. Not really sure how this fits onto the scope and the true purpose. Would you please give explanation or have a tutorial on fit and function.

Asked by: Goody56
Hello, The hood is to protect the fastfire, and the other item is an Anti Reflective Device. It threads into the objective of the AR332 to reduce reflection from the optic.
