FastFire™ 3 is rated 4.1 out of 5 by 190.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Tough little sight Simply put, this is an outstanding sight, especially for the money. I bought two; one for a Beretta Neos (with a non-moving rail), and one for a Glock 34. I was most concerned about the one which would be "riding the slide" on the Glock with regard to durability. My concerns were unfounded. Both sights have functioned perfectly. You'd expect the one on the .22 pistol to be fine, and it has. So has the one on the Glock. No blinking, no turning off, has held zero perfect through 450 rounds so far. I did take to care treat all screws with Loctite and to let it cure for a full 24 hours before shooting. I'm very glad I didn't buy more expensive red dots; there was absolutely no need. The lifetime warranty sealed the deal.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Couldn't Be Happier I love my fastfire 3. As soon as Burris placed the battery where it could be removed without removing the sight I was sold. Its low profile and handles the abuse of my shotgun. My only complaint is when its time to turn the sight off you have to click the button through all of its settings before it can be turned off. It only has 4 settings but that is a just more times a button gets pushed. Also the lowest brightness setting is last and hard to see the dot on bright day and you could think you have it turned off. I feel It should have a hold down 5 seconds to turn off and thats the only thing I would change. Its outstanding otherwise. Thanks Burris for the greatest customer service ever

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent product/value Bought this on Amazon to complement the AR 536 which is mounted on my Windham AR-15. It is very light weight and doesn't add much bulk to the sight. It is very well made. The auto brightness feature works very well and the windage and elevation are easily edjusted using a thin blade screwdriver. I read several reviews on the FastFire II and the biggest complaint was that you had to remove the sight to get to the battery compartment. The FastFire III has the battery compartment on top and that's why I chose that modle. I have fired approximately 500 rounds since adding the optic and it has held zero. I am very satisfied with this purchase and would recommend this to a friend. I could have spent more on another brand but so far I don't see the need.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from For Aging Eyes....This Does The Trick! This is the second FastFire III I have purchased. This unit was for my wife's Ruger 22/45 Lite which I matched up with a mount from MaddMac's Precision Tactical and she couldn't be happier. I had narrowed my search for a red-dot down to a couple of units, but in the end I went with the FastFire as I already owned one and it has been great so far. My calculation was why try something else when I'm not sure I will like it, and also it keeps me with parts commonality so I can carry a spare battery or whatever and it will fit either unit. Have only been to the range a few times with either unit, but so far zero complaints.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great product Fits great on my Glock 35 M.O.S. I love the fact that it's small without being to small. The battery door on top is really nice, and sighting it in was quick and painless. Before I seen the Fastfire 3 I was about to purchase one that was over double the price. I had been looking for days trying to find a reflex sight for my new pistol. I was at my last store when I seen it in the case. I fell in love with it right away. It had all the features with half the price. If your looking for a reflex sight for home defense, and target shooting look no further then the Fastfire 3. It will not disappoint.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great for an old guy with bifocals I have had this mounted on a S&W 44 Mag revolver for about two years now and have had no issues or trouble. I bought this site because as I am getting older and having to wear bifocal glasses I was having trouble using the open sites on the pistol. Either the target was clear or the sites but not both. This site fixed all those problems. I have shot the pistol many times now and after initially siting it in, have never had to change the site adjustments. I have not had to change the battery yet either. The only thing that troubles some people, but is not a problem for me, is the red dot is not always a dot. It sometimes looks distorted or looks like a star. The appearance of the dot also changes according to the intensity of the dot. I usually keep the intensity setting on automatic. The deer in the pictures was taken using this 44 Mag and Burris FastFire III. My best ever with the pistol.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from just as good as aimpoint I mounted the fastfire 3 on top of the ar-536 prism scope. I have the ar-536 zeroed at 100 yards and the FF3 zeroed at 50 yards. zeroing the FF3 was super easy and it seems to hold zero pretty good. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because of the on/off button. at the range, I had to cycle the settings over and over to confirm that its actually off so I could save batteries. Then when I got home, I did one more check and it wasn't off, it was on the lowest setting but on bright daylight it appears off. I'm glad I did a double check before I put my ar-15 away, otherwise I would have drain the battery.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from perfect on a turkey shotgun Bought this for a Mossberg 935 shotgun shooting 3.5" mag turkey loads and this optic is perfect. Shot over 3 boxes trying different load/choke combos. Holds zero perfectly. Auto feature is nice and works great. First use out was with my son on a youth hunt. He had total confidence and shot his first turkey ever at 40 yards. Been out several more times even in the rain. No trouble, no fogging or glare. LOVE this on my gun.

Hi, I've had a Burris Fastfire 3 for a little over two years on a pistol I've recently transferred it to a shotgun and the vertical adjustment no longer clicks nor can I make it move. Is it possible to have it repaired. Thanks.

The dovetail base I have is .330. I talked to a tech from Brownells and he said I need a #410321 mount for my Fastfire 3. When I got it, the base was way loose. It measured .300 not .330. Is there a .330 dovetail block for a Fastfire mount available?

Asked by: KHawk
The blocks are a friction fit and will slide in with no effort. Upon tightening the screws, it will fit very snug.

I have a sig sauer P226 MK 25. How does the Fastfire III mount to the slide? Do I have to get a new slide from Sig that allows for a sight of this type?

Asked by: eyedoc99
You will just need mount 410327. It replaces your rear sight.

Wanting to mount a fastfire 3 on my 12ga Remington versa max, not sure what the moa means on these sights. Size of the dot? Don't want a big dot or one that is to small. What would you recommend?

Asked by: Bossbuck
MOA refers to the size of the dot at 100 yards. The 8MOA dot covers 8 inches of your target at 100 yards. I highly recommend the 8MOA for a shotgun.

I am ready to mount a FFIII to my Glock 10mm mos. Is this sight rugged enough for duty on a heavy recoiling handgun? Also, what suppressor height sights are tall enough to co-witness with the FFIII?

Asked by: Granpapa
Fast Fire sights have been used on and were designed for, the force associated with the reciprocation of a handgun slide. You will have no problem. I highly recommend Dawson Precision for suppressor sights.
