With the C4 Plus Riflescopes series, surgical accuracy is now well within reach. Custom C4 Plus Riflescopes are designed to help sportsmen maximize the ballistic potential of a cartridge.

C4 stands for cartridge calibrated custom clicker. Together with the customized WindMap™, C4 Plus Riflescopes let hunters match elevation adjustment to their favorite cartridge. Just dial in the range, and say goodbye to holdover.

The uncluttered C4 Wind MOA™ reticle is easy-to-use. It works seamlessly with both the custom turret and WindMap for precise aiming.

The WindMap works with the C4 Wind MOA reticle to help calculate wind hold-off for your exact ammunition. It tells you how many MOA tick marks to hold into the wind to compensate for a 10 m.p.h. wind at 100-yard increments.

C4 Plus™ Riflescope 3-9x40mm is rated 4.9 out of 5 by 35.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best Scope I've Used This scope, with it's accurate wind markings and custom knob is the easiest to quickly dial in. The custom knob is accurate at every distance it has marked. I use this on a Remington 770 chambered in 7mm-08 with a 20 inch barrel, muzzle brake and burris signature rings. I have also not been at all careful with this scope but it functions as perfectly as the day I unboxed it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent Scope! Excellent Technology! Purchased my first Burris scope in the 3-9x40 for my .300 Win Mag and was able to zero in 6 shots at 100 yards, no bore sight. The adjustments were true to the 1/4 inch clicks required to zero. The reticle is very clear and is small and precise. Ordered the custom turret for my cartridge and was very pleased at the fit and ease of installation. The appearance and finish is superb and the turret clicks are pretty positive. Elevation turret had calibration from 100 to 700 yards. Have not had a chance to shoot past 200 but plan on testing the range very soon. Took a doe at 165 yards with ease, although didn't need to use the turret. If you find this scope on sale like I did, do not hesitate to purchase, would love to have another, especially the 4.5-14x42.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great customer service. I bought this C4 + which had a .270 dial and apparently this model does not come with a custom turret cert. #, so if you a apply for a free turret you might be told that this model does not qualify, which I felt was not appropriate as I did not see any notice on the website otherwise. However, Michele at tech. services remedied the situation by providing me with the appropriate information in obtaining my free custom dial. Thanks again, Michele. Burris gained a continuing customer today.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Incredible scope. very clear and vivid I purchased the 30mm version because it is beefier and looks better atop my custom AR-15. The finish is a great match and the quality of the optic is very impressive. Features the Forever Warranty which is unparalleled in the industry. Also, Burris offers a custom turret cap to match the grain and size of the most used round. Just send them the info and they make it to match what you want to shoot. I am extremely pleased with this scope and plan to enjoy it for many decades to come.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from best bang for the money I have used Burris scope for years. They are very rugged and the light gathering is great for those darker times. I have carried Burris scopes on horses, 4X4 trucks, four wheelers and they have always stayed on zero. You can rely on them through the toughest of times to stay on target.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great optics very clear I really like the fact that Burris sent me an adjustment that matched the bullet trajectory, sighted in at 100 Yds and backed up to 200 yds and was dead on, 300 Yds a little off but still inside a 3 inch circle. Love it !!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome! For 3x9-40 scope I couldn't be more pleased. I recieved my turret cap in the mail and am excited to dial the scope in and use the turret. I found the scopes field of view (eye relief) to be very generous. No matter the distance I don't not get any distorted view like you'll find several scopes to have if you're not in the exact position. Even though I haven't zeroed the scope yet I'm very pleased overall. I bought the Burris scope rings and they're very heavy duty. I like the fact they're one piece where they attach to the picatinny rail mount.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great lightweight scope I recently purchased this scope to go on a lightweight Kimber rifle. Most other scopes in this category were between 16-18 ounces. This Burris C4 was only 13 which rivals the lightweight versions of other manufacturers. This keeps my entire packages at less than 6.5 pounds which makes a huge difference when climbing or making long treks. The addition of the turret based system and windage charts was the icing on the cake. Having had Burris products in the past I was already familiar with the warranty and customer service so that helped as well.

One reviewer noted the ranges on his scope went from 100-700 yds.  Most scopes that I've seen pictures of seem to stop at about 500 yards.  What dictates the minimum and maximum ranges on your custom elevation dial?

Asked by: Henry Porter
Performance of the cartridge is what dictates the maximum range. We're limited to etching the turret cap for one revolution, and some cartridges perform much better than others.

Does Burris offer a C4 Plus scope with a custom elevation turret for a 17 HMR caliber rifle?

Asked by: JWH2016
The custom caps are fully custom, meaning that if you can provide the necessary ballistic information, we can make a turret to match. For details, see here: https://orders.burrisoptics.com/orderCustomClicker.php

I recently purchased a C4 plus serial #KDB140270 and wanted to obtain a custom dial and proceeded to complete the on-line form which asked for a free custom turrant certificate number. My box did not have one and would want it. Please advise. Thanks.

Is the scope interchangeable with different calibers with multiple calibers

Yes. You will need a custom clicker for each bullet you are using and you will need to resight-in your optic every time you change it out.

Does 7.62x54r come with the ballistic charts? I've dug in about 600$ on my mosin and I'm tired of the poor scope on it.

Asked by: keeganC
C4 stands for cartridge calibrated custom clicker. Together with the customized WindMap™ , C4 Plus Riflescopes let hunters match elevation adjustment to their favorite cartridge. Just dial in the range, and say goodbye to holdover. The custom clicker eliminates the need for ballistic charts.
